1. Planning

Before you contact us, have the following information ready:

  • Quantity and location of your meeting rooms.
  • Typical meeting room sizes.
  • Any unique characteristics about certain meeting rooms.
  • Consider your budget per room.
  • Any decisions you’ve already made about hardware such as: Single, dual or treble screens, HDMI or wireless content sharing.

Our AV consultants will review each of the rooms and special requirements you have.

We will walk you through a number of initial options that will enable us to tailor a quote to your individual needs.

4. Survey

At this stage, if an AV survey is necessary it will take place. One of our consultants will visit your premises, and take a detailed look at the rooms, the installation challenges, and double-check to ensure that the Zoom hardware being proposed is perfectly suited to the rooms in question.

5. Pricing

Following this meeting we will issue a fixed price for the works. We will also provide a technical overview so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

6. Book the install

If you wish to proceed, we pass your project onto our specialist Zoom Room installation team, who will book in our inhouse engineers to complete the installation.

7. Project management

Your project will be overseen by a Project Manager, who will be your single point of contact to see your installation through to completion. If you have any requests or concerns, they will be happy to help.

8. Installation

One the day of installation our team will arrive with all the necessary hardware, tools, PPE and equipment to complete the project. We will always leave the space clean and tiny once the install is finished.

9. Installation considerations

Our team are equipped and suitably experienced to work both on construction sites or finished office spaces. If you need us to complete the work out of usual business hours, this can be arranged.

Aftercare

We don’t just take care of your Zoom Room installation, our team are on-hand afterwards, and you can always contact us for help with your new system.

  • Once the installation is complete, all handover documentation will be issued along with any AV training for your teams.
  • You will be assigned an account manager, who will be on hand to advise you down the line on any changes you wish to make, e.g. further rooms you would like fitted out. They will also be pleased to visit you to advise you on other audio visual technologies for your business.
  • If you have any issues with the system, then you simply contact our service team who will be happy to help.
