On the 4th January 2021, England entered a third measure of National restrictions in order to curb the spread of Coronavirus. These new National restrictions are anticipated to last for at least the months of January and February 2021 as the national vaccination programme gets underway.
Audio Visual Installation is permitted to continue during this lockdown period. MVS Audio Visual are therefore operating with no disruption to our usual service.
MVS Audio Visual have again reviewed our Covid-19 measures and are confident that not only are we meeting minimum obligations required of businesses to stay compliant, but we are in fact, exceeding those obligations. We remain a fully Covid-19 compliant business.
We continue to see an increase in demand for our services and we are continuing to match this demand whilst maintaining the highest possible hygiene standards. Every installation is risk assessed before commencing to ensure safest industry practice and our installation teams are equipped with all required PPE.
We are completing installations, service visits and preventive maintenance checks on sites throughout the UK & Europe.
All of our engineers use MVS owned vehicles so therefore we do not need to use any form of public transport.
Our Head Office in Dorset is run with strict social distancing policies enforced. We have implemented a one way system in our shared areas. Our team are able to work from home and remain fully operational. MVS Audio Visual are using the latest technology coupled with video conferencing such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams to communicate with our colleagues and customers to ensure there is absolutely no interruption to service.
As a business, we have invested heavily in a Covid-19 testing programme. Staff members that are scheduled to be in the office are tested using the Lateral Flow testing method with a 30 minute response before they are able to enter the building. Any member of staff who displays symptons can therefore be tested immediately and without delay. Staff are working in rotation to ensure there is no cross contamination between teams.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our COVID-19 measures and wish to speak to a member of our team, please contact us.
