Consultancy

During the design of your Security system your MVS Design Consultant can recommend options to keep your people and premises safe and secure. During the initial consultation MVS will work with you to understand what you require. We will talk through the products and services using a plain English approach.

Project Management

Your contract with MVS will be managed by one of our Company Project Managers who will  be responsible for the overall project and be your central point of contact throughout. The  Project Manager will have weekly meetings with an MVS Director to ensure deliverables and standards are adhered to.

System Design

MVS not only supply and install Security Solutions but we also offer a dedicated System Design and consultancy service allowing MVS to completely document your solution. Using CAD Design and D-Tools, a specialist Audio Visual software package, we will produce Cable Schedules, Wiring diagrams, Elevations and CAD Designs, allowing you to see your Security Solution before you buy. The design 
service offered will allow all associated trades such as electricians
to see and understand the requirements of the project, to enable MVS
to proceed in creating the desired solution.

MVS can produce, Scaled Designs, Wiring Schedules, Elevations, Schematics for Audio Visual Equipment, CCTV Intruder Alarm & Access control.

Installation

We design, plan, install, manage and maintain every aspect of your security systems, ensuring that we have provided you with a future proof, cost effective solution. By understanding your needs, we provide a suitably specified system that takes into account the basic minimum requirements, plus options for all of your individual daily Security requirements. Working in partnership with world class key equipment manufacturers, we never lose sight of cost effectiveness in our proposals (an approach that our customers appreciate and that’s unique to MVS). MVS manages the installation of all our Security Systems as we understand that safety and security of people and premises is imperative.

Service & Maintenance

For your peace of mind MVS are able to service and maintain
your Security Solutions offering equipment repair and a Nationwide Maintenance service. MVS have been involved in providing a maintenance service since the mid 80′s and continue to offer a reliable, flexible operation to some of the most successful retailers in the high street as well as our domestic customers.  The primary objective for a maintenance facility is to provide continuity of service from the equipment installed and we are able to offer a quick response time on most call outs. Our fully trained engineers are able to assess equipment on site and determine whether, or not, the equipment can be repaired. Should it need further examination or require parts we have a fully equipped workshop where our technicians are able to service and repair equipment.

Our maintenance contracts are tailor-made to suit your system and can include regular preventative maintenance visits as required.

We are always happy to provide a quotation on any existing equipment you may have as well as any kit we have provided.

Training

MVS has over 20 years experience in the Installation of Audio, Visual, Lighting, Security and “Smart Home” technology. MVS offers client Training on our Security Solutions as part of our overall package.
