To ensure that the AV side of the fit out is completed on time and in budget, a specialist project manager will be assigned to you. They will be the sole point of contact for the client and the office design team, eliminating any ‘loss in translation’ that can often occur between various individuals on a project.

What’s the process?
Send us an enquiry with some drawings and an outline of what you require and our team will make contact and arrange a time to come and meet with you to discuss the project in more detail. Following this meeting, a 1st quote will be put together along with a document details how the systems will work room by room. This document will contain bronze, silver and gold options for you to consider.
Get in contact ASAP!
Our team will arrange demonstrations of kit at your offices, so you can see the various options and once a final kit list has been agreed, a final quotation will be submitted. At this stage, MVS engage with your office fit out contractor to arrange the installation to take place. Drawings will be issued detailing where power and data is required, including elevations showing the height and position of the display screens.
From this stage of the project, MVS appoint a project manager to take the project all the way through to completion. Our project managers are working on office fit out projects every day, and are very experienced in delivering these systems.
Towards the end of the project, all our on-site testing begins. We will invite you to see how the system is working at this stage, and see if there are any changes you may wish to make. Before you move into your new space, the project will be handed over to your team. Over the course of a day, the team will run through how to use each room and system, and leave you with a simple set of instructions.
After a couple of weeks, we will come back, and complete some top up training, make any final adjustments you require.
